Online Quran Classes in Chicago
One-to-one live Quran classes for children and adults in Chicago, taught by qualified teachers at times that fit your week. Learn at home with no travel, starting with a free level assessment.
Who it is for
Families in Chicago and the surrounding area — children from age 4, teenagers, adults and complete beginners.
How long it takes
Most students take 3 to 5 classes a week of 30 minutes, or 2 to 3 classes of 45 minutes for adults.
Class times for Chicago families
Weekday classes from 3:30 pm Central, evening slots to 9:00 pm, and weekend mornings from 9:00 am.
Your slot is fixed in your local US time and stays at the same local time when the clocks change, so you never recalculate the schedule.
Why families in Chicago choose one-to-one online classes
Chicago’s Muslim community is spread wide — a strong concentration on the north side around Devon, another in the south-west suburbs around Bridgeview — and families outside either are a long drive from both. Add a Chicago winter and weekday evening classes become something a family intends rather than attends. What we are asked for most here is simply reliability: the same teacher, the same time, every week, through January, without a journey attached. That is a low bar to describe and a difficult one to meet with in-person teaching in this city.
Looking for a Quran teacher in Chicago?
Students join us from Rogers Park, West Ridge, Devon Avenue, Bridgeview, Orland Park, Albany Park, Skokie and Naperville. Lessons are online and your teacher is matched on what the student needs — a female teacher, a Hifz specialist, a slot that works in your local US time — not on who happens to live near Chicago.
Common questions
Will we get the same teacher every week?
Yes. A fixed teacher and a fixed slot is the default, and it matters more than most families expect — a child who explains their level to somebody new each month does not progress. If the fit is wrong we will change the teacher, but it is a deliberate change, not a rota.
What happens if the internet drops mid-lesson?
The classroom reconnects on its own if it is brief. If the lesson is genuinely lost, it is rescheduled and not charged — you are not billed for a lesson your teacher could not deliver.
Do you teach in the suburbs as well as the city?
Yes, and most of our Chicago families are suburban. Naperville, Orland Park, Skokie and Bridgeview are all the same to us because the lesson happens at home.
Can we pay in US dollars?
Card payments are taken in your own currency through Stripe. The fee is set in pounds, so the dollar amount moves slightly with the exchange rate; the pricing page shows the current equivalent.
