99 Names of Allah — Knowing and Loving Allah
This course goes beyond memorising a list. Students learn each Name with its meaning, where it appears in the Quran, and what it asks of a believer — how knowing Allah as Ar-Razzaq changes worry, or knowing Him as Al-Ghafoor changes despair.

Who it is for
Children from age 7, teenagers and adults. A favourite course for families who want children to love Allah, not only obey rules.
How long it takes
About 16 to 24 weeks at one class a week, covering four to six Names per lesson with revision.

Especially valuable for children
Children who know Allah by His Names build a relationship rather than a rulebook. Teachers use stories, examples and short reflection tasks so that each Name means something in the child’s own week.
How progress is measured
- Weekly recall of the Names covered, with meanings
- Reflection task: how one Name applied to the student’s week
- Monthly report on Names memorised and understood
- End-of-course assessment and certificate

Common questions
Is memorisation compulsory?
No. Understanding comes first; memorisation is offered and encouraged but never forced.
Can this be combined with Quran classes?
Yes. Many families take one class a week for this alongside Quran reading or Hifz.
What does a course on the 99 Names of Allah actually cover?
Each name is taken in turn: how it is pronounced, what it means, where it appears in the Quran, and what it should change about how a person behaves. Asma ul Husna is a subject about character as much as vocabulary.
Can children learn the 99 Names of Allah online?
Yes, and it suits children well. Many memorise the list and learn the meanings alongside, which gives them a large amount of Quranic Arabic vocabulary without it feeling like a vocabulary lesson.
Do I have to memorise all 99 names?
No. Some students memorise the full list, others study the meanings without memorising. Both are normal and the teacher will follow whichever you want.
