Everything families ask before enrolling.
Is the free trial lesson really free?
Yes. You book it without giving any payment details. It is one live one-to-one lesson, and the teacher assesses the student’s level in it and recommends a course and plan — it is the same lesson we call the free level assessment, not a second offer. You pay only if you decide to enrol.
How does the sibling discount work?
Your first child pays the normal monthly fee. Each additional child from the same family gets 15% off. Message us and we send a discount code to enter at Stripe checkout.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Move up or down a plan at any time, and cancel before your next billing date with no fee and no minimum contract. Classes continue to the end of the month you have paid for.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card payment through Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. If card payment does not suit you, message us and we will arrange an alternative.
What if I miss a class?
Tell us before the class and we reschedule it. If a teacher misses a class, it is rescheduled or refunded, whichever you prefer.
Do you offer a custom timetable?
Yes. If none of the plans fits — for example six short classes a week, or two long weekend sessions — message us and we will price a schedule around you.
Which currency am I charged in?
The currency you select at checkout. Prices in other currencies are converted from our base price in pounds and rounded, so they may shift slightly when exchange rates move.
