Online Quran Classes in South Africa
Live one-to-one Quran classes for Muslim families in South Africa, taught by qualified teachers and scheduled in your own local time.
Why families in South Africa learn with us
South Africa has an old and well-established Muslim community, strongest in the Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal, with madrasah traditions going back generations. Families here are not short of teaching. What brings them to us is usually specific: a child who needs one-to-one Tajweed correction that a full madrasah class cannot give, a family in a smaller town or a newer suburb away from the established centres, or a parent who wants a female teacher for a daughter.

Common questions
We have a good local madrasah. What would we use this for?
Usually one thing the madrasah cannot fit in: individual Tajweed correction, or a structured Hifz plan with revision tracked. Most South African families who join us keep the madrasah as well.
Do you teach outside Cape Town and Durban?
Yes, and families away from the established centres are a large part of our South African intake, including Johannesburg suburbs and smaller towns where provision thins out quickly.
What times are available in South African time?
Afternoons from 3:00 pm, evenings to 9:00 pm South African Standard Time, and weekend mornings.
Do you teach students across all time zones in South Africa?
Yes. Tell us the windows that suit you and we match you with a teacher who is free then.
Can we choose a female teacher?
Yes, for any course and any student, on request and at no extra cost.
